WHERE ARE YOU PRODUCTS FROM ?
We care about quality and pride ourselves in creating superior wallpapers. Every roll of our wallpaper is meticulously produced with a wonderful depth and purity of colour in a chalky, matt surface finish that’s utterly striking.
Furthermore, our wallpapers are printed on paper sustainably and ethically sourced from FSC and PEFC accredited suppliers, with non toxic inks.

They are printed in England and in France.


WHAT CARDS AND PAYMENTS METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS IT SECURE ?

We use Pay Pal to process payments, and they accept all card payments from visa to master card. This secure merchant is independent and will never disclose your payment detail to us.

If however you are having problems you can contact us directly at estampeandco@gmail.com and we can arrange another form of payment.


HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST ? AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER ?

(Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order.)

Each order is processed on demand, once you have placed your order we will publish your design, usually between 9 to 15 days. You will receive a confirmation email with estimated dispatch date, or between 3 and 5 working days (using Royal Mail’s First Class postal service.)

Delivery UK : Our wallpapers will not fit through a standard letterbox, so it is likely that if you are not in to receive the items in person, Royal Mail will leave you a card explaining how to rearrange the delivery.

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • £5.95 UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
  • £15.00 European Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days
  • £20.00 Rest of the World Delivery: 7-30 working days

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, we do. We’re excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible.



WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

If you are unhappy with your order, please get in contact with us within 7 days working of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
